Returns of unused sealed product can be made within 30 days of dispatch by returning them to Herbal by Nature, c/o Tiercom Ltd, Westleigh House, 1a Westleigh Road, Leicester, LE3 0HH. Upon receipt we will refund the appopriate monies to you. It is advisable for you to get, at a minimum, a proof of posting when returning goods as Herbal by Nature cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the postal system.
